Refund Policy for Plan Your Baby’s Fertility MOT Packages

At Plan Your Baby, we understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Here is our refund policy for the Fertility MOT Packages:

Full Refund:

You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your appointment up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date.

Partial Refund:

If you cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before your appointment, you will receive a 50% refund. This is to cover the costs incurred by Plan Your Baby in preparation for your appointment.

No Refund:

No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Special Note:

The cost of blood tests or phlebotomy fees are not included in the package and are non-refundable. These costs are subject to your location, and prices range between £20-50.
