Senior Fertility Midwife
Merilyn is a Costa Rican nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and extensive experience in surgical and critical care nursing at one of the main public hospitals in Costa Rica.
In 2023, she transitioned into the field of Assisted Reproduction at Azul Fertility Experts in San José, where she assisted in consultations, coordinated gynecological procedures, supported egg collections and embryo transfers, and accompanied patients throughout their treatments.
She recently joined the Plan Your Baby team as a Fertility Nurse, combining clinical expertise with patient‑centered care to guide individuals and couples through their fertility process with empathy, clarity, and specialized knowledge.
