Natalia & Ilya

IVF Journey:
Natalia and Ilya came to us having spent years trying to conceive naturally, with a clear picture of what stood in their way - a male factor and blocked fallopian tube. What they needed was someone to bring it all together into a plan they could trust.
Dr Sami reviewed their full history alongside investigations completed at Plan Your Baby, and mapped out a clear path forward. The couple began thorough preparation before starting treatment, with both partners following a tailored supplement plan recommended by Dr Sami.
In August 2025, Natalia began her IVF cycle using ICSI with Zymot sperm selection - a technique that identifies the highest quality sperm to give the embryo the strongest possible chance. One embryo developed, and it was transferred fresh. A positive pregnancy test followed.
Early Pregnancy monitoring:
Through the first trimester, Plan Your Baby monitored the pregnancy closely - blood tests, scans, medication adjustments - giving Natalia and Ilya the reassurance they needed at every step. A heartbeat confirmed at seven weeks. A growing, healthy pregnancy at the discharge to NHS care.

Aisling & Christopher
Treatment: Ovulation Induction · IVF / FET · Pregnancy monitoring
Outcome: Baby Teddy, born May 2025
Assistance with Conception / Ovulation Induction
Aisling and Christopher came to Plan Your Baby after five ovulation induction cycles elsewhere, one of which had ended in a miscarriage. Dr Sami reviewed their history and investigations, both reassuring, and they continued with two further Assistance with Conception cycles at Plan Your Baby, with an adjusted protocol. When those didn't result in a pregnancy, the conversation moved to IVF.
IVF & frozen embryo transfer
Aisling completed an IVF cycle and seven blastocysts were frozen. Before transfer, a full immune panel was carried out and came back without significant findings.
The first frozen embryo transfer in June 2024 resulted in biochemical pregnancy. The most likely explanation was chromosomal. Six embryos remained in storage.
A second frozen embryo transfer was carried out in August 2024 and on 7 September 2024, Aisling had a positive pregnancy test.
Early pregnancy monitoring
Plan Your Baby monitored Aisling's pregnancy through the first trimester - regular blood tests, early scans and medication support at each stage. For Aisling and her partner, having that consistent, expert care during the most vulnerable weeks of early pregnancy meant everything. Every scan, every result, every check-in brought reassurance that they were not navigating this alone. She was discharged to NHS care at twelve weeks with a confirmed, healthy pregnancy.

Baby Teddy was born in May 2025.
We came to Plan Your Baby following a number of years of failed fertility treatments. From the start Marija and Dr Sami made us feel supported, heard and reassured. We felt immediately that PYB could be the people to help us have a baby. Throughout the IVF process they were always available to support us and we felt confident in their care. Their unique approach to fertility treatment made IVF more accessible, less stressful and less of a burden when also trying to juggle work. I came to Plan Your Baby after a missed miscarriage, knowing I wanted to do everything I could to support my next pregnancy. I initially had advice on fertility testing, which was thankfully not needed as we conceived quickly the second time round.
I had support from PYB in the first 3 months of my pregnancy — regular blood tests and scans and medication to help the pregnancy. Marija and Dr Sami were supportive, knowledgeable and kind throughout the whole period, providing me with much needed emotional support, especially with some early bleeding in the first few weeks.
