New to our team: Dr Lisa Stradiotto, specialist in recurrent miscarriage and egg donation

Experiencing more than one pregnancy loss raises questions that a standard fertility pathway often doesn’t answer. Many patients in this situation want to see someone who has focused specifically on the causes of recurrent miscarriage and how to investigate them.

That’s why we’re pleased to welcome Dr Lisa Stradiotto to Plan Your Baby™ as a Fertility Consultant.

Dr Stradiotto trained in recurrent miscarriage at St Mary’s Hospital, Imperial College London, one of the UK’s established centres for this area of care. She went on to complete a fellowship in Foetal Medicine at King’s College Hospital, before working as a Fertility Specialist at the Wolfson Fertility Centre, Hammersmith.

She has also led egg donation programmes, first as Egg Donation Lead at Apricity Fertility and later as Medical Director and HFEA Person Responsible at Avenues Life. In practice, this means she has overseen every stage of donor treatment, from matching to clinical care and regulatory compliance.

Her expertise covers IVF, ovulation induction, egg donation, and the investigation and management of recurrent miscarriage.

How Dr Stradiotto will support PYB patients

Patients can book a remote consultation with Dr Stradiotto to review their history and test results and agree a clear plan. Blood tests and scans are then arranged at a location near them, and Dr Stradiotto reviews each result as it comes in. The wider PYB care team supports patients between appointments, so they know what’s happening at each stage.
