Dr Sami Almusawa
Medical Director and Leading Fertility Consultant MBBS, MRCOG

Dr Almusawa is a highly qualified member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (London) having graduated in 2003, then working in the UK since 2006 in the field of general Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
In 2010 he started working exclusively in infertility at IVF Hammersmith and then he worked for 8 years at ARGC, the UK clinic with the highest success rates (source) with Mr Mohamed Taranissi, one of the most well-known IVF doctors worldwide. His specialities are in recurrent miscarriage/recurrent implantation failure, male infertility and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS).

Mr Kumar Kunde is consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist in London with over 30 years experience in the speciality including experience in world renowned hospitals in the UK and the United States. Mr Kunde is one of the senior consultants at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital in London and leads the endometriosis treatment centre.
His interest in gynaecology is in fertility enhancing minimal access surgery that includes treatment of endometriosis, ovarian cysts and removal of fibroids.
Ruth O’Dwyer

Ruth has more than 15 years experience in nursing and midwifery with a diploma in obstetrics and gynaecology from RCSI Ireland and a certificate in medical ultrasound with specific focus on gynaecology and early pregnancy from University of Bournemouth, UK. She is a member of the British Medical Ultrasound Society, Senior Infertility Nurses Group and European Society Human Reproduction and Embryology.
Ruth has a very personal approach with fertility patients and a thorough understanding of the
roller-coaster of emotions that oftentimes goes hand in hand with the journey. In 2019 and 2021
Ruth’s two small children were born following different and difficult fertility journeys.

Rebecca is a trained and EMCC accredited life coach, with specialist knowledge of fertility issues and treatments, having worked for 14 years at the UK’s most reputable IVF unit.
Rebecca creates a safe, confidential and peaceful environment to listen to your fears, facilitate your reflection and help to give you the confidence to help you through your fertility journey. She will be able to help you manage your expectations of the processes involved in fertility treatments as well as the emotional highs and lows that you may experience.
