Carole, who is the Guinness World Record holder for having the most babies for other people, gave birth to her first surrogate baby — a boy —  at home in 1995.

She has now contacted doctors to try to have a 14th surrogate baby at the age of 58.

Our Medical Director, Dr. Sami Almusawa, shared his expert insight in this article published by The Sun in response to the story of a 58 year old surrogate who holds the world record for most babies carried for other people.

In the article, Dr. Sami explains: “It is possible for a woman to give birth at 58, but natural conception is extremely rare. Most women of this age need IVF, often using donor eggs due to diminished ovarian reserve.”
